一、网站服务
roign.com 用于介绍北京睿伽科技有限公司及其业务、展示项目相关信息，并在适用时提供项目资料访问入口。MyRoign 是该公司运营的数字服务，提供获授权的项目资料访问及 Google 云端硬盘文件管理功能。网站及应用中的功能可能因维护、业务调整或技术条件而更新、暂停或变更。除另有明确约定外，网站展示的信息仅供一般参考，不构成针对特定事项的专业意见或具有约束力的服务承诺。
二、应用身份与第三方品牌

三、账号与受限内容
- 部分项目文档需要登录并通过相应权限检查。您应使用经授权的账号，不得冒用他人身份或绕过访问控制。
- 您应妥善保管账号凭据，并对使用该账号进行的活动负责。如发现账号可能被未授权使用，请尽快通过本页联系方式通知我们。
- 访问权限仅适用于获授权的账号和项目。除法律允许或权利人明确授权外，您不得复制、公开、转发或以其他方式使用受限文档。

These terms apply to roign.com and the MyRoign digital service operated by Beijing Roign Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”). By using the relevant services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
1. Website Services
roign.com provides information about Beijing Roign Technology Co., Ltd. and its services, presents project-related information, and, where available, provides an entry point for accessing project materials. MyRoign is a digital service operated by the company for authorized project-material access and Google Drive file-management features. Website and application features may be updated, suspended, or changed for maintenance, business, or technical reasons. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, website content is for general information only and is not professional advice or a binding service commitment for a specific matter.
2. Application Identity and Third-Party Brands
The application name is “MyRoign,” and its operator is Beijing Roign Technology Co., Ltd. MyRoign is an independent Roign service and is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or officially partnered with Google. References to Google or Google Drive identify compatible third-party services only. Google, Google Drive, and their related marks belong to their respective owners. MyRoign’s name, branding, and pages must not imply that Google provides or endorses the application. Use of Google branding must follow its API Branding Guidelines.
3. Accounts and Restricted Content
- Some project documents require sign-in and an authorization check. Use only an account assigned to you; do not impersonate another person or bypass access controls.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly using the contact details below if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
- Access is limited to the accounts and projects for which permission has been granted. Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by the rights holder, do not copy, publish, redistribute, or otherwise use restricted documents.
4. Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others. You must not attempt unauthorized access to, interfere with, or damage the website, accounts, data, or infrastructure. You must not use the website to distribute unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent material or to disrupt its security, availability, or other users’ normal use.
