应用功能
MyRoign 为用户提供 Roign 数字服务入口。登录并获得相应授权后，用户可以访问获授权的项目资料，并使用文件管理功能新建、修改、删除和共享 Google 云端硬盘中的文件。
Google 账号与云端硬盘权限
使用 Google 登录时，MyRoign 请求 openid、email 和 profile 权限，用于验证身份和识别账号。MyRoign 还请求访问 Google 云端硬盘所有文件的权限，以支持查看、修改、新建、删除和共享文件。该权限范围较广，请在 Google 授权页面确认后再决定是否授权。
Google 用户数据仅用于 MyRoign 的身份验证、账号识别及您使用的文件管理功能；不用于广告，也不会出售。
文件存储与共享
配置存储目的地并启用同步后，文件可能按您的配置自动同步。MyRoign 可能复制并长期保存您通过应用处理的文件。文件只会发送至您明确配置的本地服务器、本地存储或其他云存储服务。文件传输在目标服务支持时使用 HTTPS；副本的静态加密和访问控制取决于您配置的存储服务及其设置。应用不会将数据发送到您未配置的第三方服务商；您配置的存储服务可能按照其自身条款处理和保存数据。Roign 人员不会常规查看文件，仅在您明确同意查看特定文件或安全、法律所需时才可能访问。
撤销 Google 授权会阻止 MyRoign 继续通过该授权访问 Google 云端硬盘，但不会自动删除此前复制的文件。请在相应存储位置管理这些副本；如有个人信息处理或删除请求，请联系 info@roign.com。

What MyRoign Does
MyRoign provides access to Roign digital services. After signing in and receiving the required authorization, users can access project materials for which they are authorized and use file-management features to create, modify, delete, and share files in Google Drive.
Google Account and Drive Permissions
For Google sign-in, MyRoign requests the openid, email, and profile permissions to verify your identity and identify your account. MyRoign also requests access to all files in Google Drive to support viewing, modifying, creating, deleting, and sharing files. This is broad access; review the Google authorization screen before granting it.
Google user data is used only for MyRoign sign-in, account identification, and the file-management features you use. It is not used for advertising or sold.
File Storage and Sharing
After you configure a storage destination and enable synchronization, files may sync automatically according to your configuration. MyRoign may copy and retain files processed through the application for an extended period. Files are sent only to a local server, local storage, or other cloud storage that you explicitly configure. Transfers use HTTPS when supported by the destination; at-rest encryption and access controls depend on your configured storage service and its settings. The application does not send data to providers you have not configured; storage providers you configure may process and retain data under their own terms. Roign personnel do not routinely review file contents and may access them only with your affirmative consent to review a specific file, or when necessary for security or legal reasons.
Revoking Google authorization prevents MyRoign from continuing to access Google Drive through that authorization, but does not automatically delete files previously copied. For deletion requests concerning copies managed by MyRoign, contact info@roign.com; local or third-party destinations that MyRoign cannot directly manage may also require deletion at that destination.
